Scope and Applicability

This CCPA compliance page applies to all users located in the state of California. While TransNet Inc. does not require user registration or maintain a database of personally identifiable information, we may collect certain personal data automatically through website interactions, including cookies, web beacons, and server logs.

Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:

  • Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
  • Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your personal information collected by us, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. While we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, we may use third-party analytics and advertising tools that may constitute "sharing" under CPRA.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You may exercise your rights without being denied goods or services, charged different prices, or given a different level of service.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may direct us to limit the use of your sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods you requested.

How We Comply

TransNet Inc. does not store personal data in user accounts or databases. Any personal information collected is limited to: IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookie identifiers used for analytics and performance optimization. We do not sell personal information. We use third-party services such as Google Analytics and advertising pixels, which may involve sharing data for interest-based advertising. We honor Do Not Track signals and provide an opt-out mechanism below.

Data We Process

Under CCPA/CPRA, the personal information we may collect includes:

  • Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., pages visited, clickstream data)
  • Device identifiers and online identifiers (e.g., cookies, IP addresses)
  • Geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP address)
  • Usage patterns and interaction data

We do not collect, sell, or share: names, email addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information.

Legal Basis for Processing

Our processing of personal information is based on legitimate business interests, including website functionality, analytics, security, and improving user experience. We do not rely on consent for these activities under CCPA, but we honor opt-out requests.
